These terms explain the public demo and private test boundaries for Stillhum.

Simulation first

Public demos are product simulations. No real SMS is sent in public demos. They do not operate a live customer workflow.

Private tests

Private tests are reviewed before approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee access, live messaging, or a paid plan.

Live workflow requirements

Before live messaging, Stillhum requires safety rules, logs, consent boundaries, opt-out handling, STOP handling, and human handoff rules.

Separate costs

SMS, phone, CRM, calendar, and compliance costs are billed separately from Stillhum platform access.
